I still retain my childhood interest in taking things apart and putting them back together, even though, as a kid, the things I put back together sometimes never worked again. Currently, I am looking at proteins involved in myelination and what roles they play as Schwann cell wrap axons. When I am not working in lab, I enjoy playing video games and opening up electronics.
