Having a background in protein biochemistry and molecular biology, I chose to learn imaging and electrophysiological techniques to study neuronal function. I am interested in dendritic integration; specifically how inhibition impacts the integration of different spatiotemporal patterns of activity in dendrites.

Thesis

Dendritic integration in layer II/III pyramidal neurons of the mouse pedial prefrontal cortex

Research Interests

Dendrites; Synaptic transmission; Inhibition
